Support for compatriots in the integration process;
Development of a dialogue of cultures and cooperation with other organisations supporting the Russian language and culture;
to conduct a dialogue with the state authorities of Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Russian Federation;
creating and maintaining an information base for the implementation of the Council’s activities;
Promotion of joint projects in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and Russia.
