Mr. Secretary General Antonio Guterres,
I know that you have a duty to combat corruption within the UN and to do everything in your power to identify and correct structures that make corruption within the UN possible. I assume that this is also your personal goal.
Now have a look into my case.
More than 22 years ago, on April 3rd, 1995, I was extradited by corrupt UN personnel directly to my kidnappers, henchmen of war criminals Mladic/Karadzic. The commanding corrupt UN officers have undoubtedly done this for money.
I spent 34 days held hostage in a Karadzic-Mladic prison near the front line.
I have been informed that the UN Civil Police and the UN Military Police have thoroughly investigated the hostage-taking, but I am astonished to find out: Not a single person from the UN has taken the trouble to talk to me, the main victim, about the course of the hostage-taking and to take up evidence.
This alone shows what is meant by „thorough examination“.
For over 22 years, all the UN agencies involved in my hostage-taking have been spreading lies, not facts.
The architecture and design of the fog grenades distributed by the UN for my abduction is clear: maximum protection for the criminal and corrupt UN people involved and maximum slander of those affected by the abduction.
I can prove this in detail, and I will continue to do so until the UN, you Secretary-General Guterres, together with me, analyse and investigate this exemplary case, this case of hostage-taking, in which corrupt UN personnel played a leading role.
We invite you to a case analysis.

I say clearly and unequivocally that the UN is lying, and the UN has often lied in Bosnia.
